Hello, my name is Anne Marie Watkinson, and I am a Vocal Soloist and Entertainer, who has been singing for over 30 years. I have been happily married for over 27 years, and I am the proud mother of three beautiful children.
About six years ago, I volunteered to sing at several nursing homes on behalf of my Church. Since then, I have had the good fortune to form my own business, which I named AMW-Entertainment. My clientele consists of over eighty Nursing Homes, Adult Day Care centers and Assisted Living Facilities, which I entertain at frequently. In addition, I also perform at Weddings and Funerals, as well as assorted Church functions. I also perform for various groups in the area, such as various Council On Aging groups, various Grange Halls, the Red Hat Society, the Rhode Island Shriners as well as various other organizations and private parties.
My show consists of many different types of music: Broadway Showtunes, Spiritual, Patriotic, Holiday, Nostalgia & Romance, Oldies and some light Contemporary music. My Artist’s music consists of Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, Patsy Cline, John Denver, Ce;ine Dion, Doris Day and many more. I truly believe that Music touches us deeply, and my greatest joy arises when people in my audience reconnect with a special song that they may not have heard in many years.
